By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside our privacy notice and cookie policy.
1. About us
This website is operated by iMISTech Institute, 77 Herbert Macaulay Way, by Ondo Street (3rd Floor), Ebute Meta, Lagos State, Nigeria. You can reach us at info@imistechmail.org.
2. Using the website
- Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or submit false, harmful or misleading information.
- Do not use automated tools to submit forms or collect content from the site without our written permission.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.
3. Fellowship and recognition
Applying does not guarantee that any status will be conferred. Every application is reviewed individually and decisions rest with the institute. Eligibility criteria on the site are indicative. Any application, membership or other fees are confirmed by our team before you are asked to pay. Statuses offered through our partners (such as CIMC and ICFA) are governed by those bodies’ own terms.
4. Events and the summit
The Global Professional Transformation Summit is organised by MCSC. Registering your interest on this site does not by itself secure a seat: your place is confirmed by our team once payment is confirmed. Programme, speakers, venue and times may change. Cancellation, transfer and refund terms are confirmed to you when you register. Sponsorship payments are made to the account stated on the Events page and a receipt is issued for every payment.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to iMISTech Institute or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy or reuse our content or marks commercially without written permission.
6. Information, not advice
Articles in the Trends Digest and answers from the chat assistant are general information. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and the automated assistant can make mistakes. Please check anything important with us or a qualified adviser.
7. Third-party links
The site links to other websites, including those of our partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
